1. Unwrap the milk chocolate kiss and place in the center of your tongue.
2. Do not close your mouth.
3. Use a timer and record the time it takes for the chocolate kiss to melt from a solid
into a liquid. Record your melting time on the board to the closest minute.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 using the dark chocolate kiss.
