1. Bodies of three woman late yesterday afternoon. John Mchunu saw the accident
happen. He said that the woman tries to cross the river early in the morning. They used
an old bridge that was unsafe. As the woman stepped onto the bridge the banks burst
and the river rose quickly. The water gushed under the bridge with force. The bridge
collapsed and the woman fell into the deep water.
2. People watched as the woman were swept away. They could not help because they
were scared of drowning. The Dinstad community is shocked by this tragedy. Many
people are angry because they have complained about the old bridge for months. The
broken bridge has been taken away to keep other people safe. The names of the three
woman will not be released until all family members have been contacted.
3. Meanwhile, rain is still pouring down in this area. The police, the fire brigade and
paramedics have been sent out to deal with any emergencies. People should not travel
for a few days until the rain has stopped and the area is safe.

Study the following poster and answer the questions below.
Symptoms of COVID – 19
People with COVID-19 have had wide range of range of symptoms reported. Some ranging from
mild symptoms to sever illness.
These symptoms may appear between 2-14 days after being exposed to virus, the symptoms are:

Fever

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills(feeling cold and shivering)
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pains
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
Should one have these symptoms then they should seek medical help from their doctor or
medical centers such as clinics and hospital.
