INTRODUCTION
#PositiviTEA will be the new milk tea shop in Poblacion Nabua, Camarines Sur. It
will offer a wide selection of teas (hot and cold)- from traditional teas to the popular bubble
teas, as well as homemade pastries and cookies perfect for the tea drinks. Aside from the
product, the shop will be promoting positivity in every cup by putting uplifting quotes and
words on its cup and serving the tea with a smile. It will focus more on customer
experience marketing and will continue to innovate based on market and customer’s
feedback.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS
Partnership owned and managed by Palcon-Hernandez Siblings. The Nature of
the business in Food and Beverage. The tea products will be sourced directly from Taiwan
supplier, since Taiwan is known to its quality tea products. Tea flavors will be far different
from other shops since this will be shop’s original recipe combining the traditional tea
preparation. The homemade pastries will be freshly cooked and baked daily.

Different flavors (fruit tea, milk tea) and types (mixed, whipped, tea based,
smoothies, slush, milk tea or fruit juice)
Tapioca pearls
Powder
Syrups
Jelly and scoop juice
Aside from the product, the shop will be focusing on customer experience as well,
so the baristas and employees will be trained to serve the customers with a smile. The
exterior and interior of the shop will be simple yet cozy, offering a “home and positive
vibe” while drinking your favorite tea.
LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS
The business will be in Centro Poblacion Nabua (along the Rotanda Road). The
location is accessible to the public and it is in central business zone of the municipality. It
will be strategically to capture potential customers such as marketgoers, students,
professional and even tito and titas’ of Nabua. It will aim to cater to all ages, where
everyone is welcome to dine and have a sip of their favorite tea drinks.
FUNDING REQUIREMENTS AND SOURCE OF FUND
The total funding requirement for the #PositiviTEA shop will be Php 1,000,000.00
and funding will come from the partnership. Funding breakdowns will be the following.

MARKETING PLAN
PRODUCTS
#PositiviTEA is a tea shop that will offer all flavors of tea (hot and cold). We will sell
premium quality of products exported from Taiwan and excellently brewed. The
customers will have a wide choice depending on their “tea moods”, while enjoying the
positivity vibe of the shop. The goal of #PositiviTEA is not only to quench the thirst of
customers but also to satisfy their pastries cravings by offering homemade cookies and
delicacy. The products will be properly prepared with a positive note in every pack.
PLACE
The #PositiviTEA shop will be strategically located at Centro Poblacion Nabua,
Camarines Sur. The location is accessible to the public and it is in central business zone
of the municipality.
PROMOTION
The #PositiviTEA shop promotional campaign will aim to raise awareness among
customers about the new tea shop and related products and build a brand to trust that
will become the go-to-shop of Rinconada community. So, the shop will utilize both
traditional and online marketing.
Traditional marketing will include direct sales, print and broadcast media ads, and referral
(word of mouth marketing) Online marketing will be a combination of social media and
content marketing. It will highlight the premium products of the shop as well as the reason
why it is a must visit tea shop.
PEOPLE
#PositiviTEA products is a drink for everyone (excepts infants). The wide selection will
cater all ages in the community.
The people will be involved in creating this one tea shop are suppliers, clients and
manpower.
PACKAGING
#PositiviTEA product will have its own distinct packaging. Since, the shop wants to
promote positivity, each cup will have its own distinct positivity words written on it. The
take-out cups will also be reusable and eco-friendly. For regular customers, we will be
offering a customize teacups for everyday use.
The packaging also will be distinct and recognizable as #PositiviTEA pack.
POSITIONING
The shop will carry its tagline “#PositiviTEA in every cup”.
