Congratulations, I am happy to inform you that you have been selected for the post of site engineer
in ALISTAIR Group of Companies. Please read the below-mentioned information carefully and send
back the signed appointment letter if you are interested in working for our company.
Your work will start from 1st FEBUARY 2022. You will be working on probation for the first three
months. (1st FEBUARY 2022-30th MAY 2022) Your salary would be K9,000 per month during the
probation period and, hikes will be given according to your work progress every two years. Your
annual package would be K10,000.
Terms and Conditions:
 By signing this appointment letter, you agree to work for our company for the upcoming
year;
 You need to work eight hours a day from Monday to Saturday every week, Sunday would be
a holiday;
 You need to inform the manager beforehand in case you need a holiday or work from home;
 You will be given access to work on the company’s confidential information and, if you tend
to violate, you will be fired immediately from the company;
 Violating any of these terms and conditions, you will be fired from the company and, serious
actions would be taken;
