Interlock Knit, Jersey
Knit, or Flannel.
Need 1 Yard Fabric.
Using a rotary blade
cut the long side of
fabric to make a
square 36” x 36”.
Fold square in half,
place corner
template
on both corners and
cut off the square
edges to make a
square with
rounded corners.

Using a serger or a
zig zag stitch on a
regular sewing
sew around the
perimeter of the
blanket starting as
the edge straightens
right after the rounded
corner.

On Serger: Sew past
the starting place,
overlapping 1/2” - 1”.
Pull threads on needles,
to slightly loosen, lift
presser foot, and
then flip blanket over
sew back1/2” to 1”.
