Decreased hemoglobin can be observed as well as the hemoglobin count of the patient is 10.1g/dL, lower than the normal count which is around 14-17 g/dL. There is also a presence of low hematocrit count ,which is 30.9 L/L lower than the normal count of 38.3-48.6 in Males. MCV level is Higher than the normal level of 80-100 fl, which is 124 fl. MCH level is also high which is 40.5 pg greater than the normal range of MCH which is between 27.5 and 33.2. Normal mchhc Normal platelet count Rdw is is slightly high Serum B12 value is low since the normal B12 value is above 300 pg/mL since the patient has less than Serum folate normal? Serum Folate level was low as well which is 10.3 ug/L, lower than The patient has symptoms of weight loss, red and fissured tongue, decreased fibratory sensation.which indicates B12 deficiency
