I was cheated by someone stranger from internet , after making an online purchase. A payment of
RM199 was deposited into his account for the purchase a bag . However, when I received the bag, I
found that the features on the bag were different from what was displayed on the website. The
quality of the bag is also unsatisfactory. The bag had dents (not due to postage) and messy seams.
The contents of the bag strap are also visible. When I claimed my rights, the seller ignored my
request. There were also elements of fraud because the party claimed he took the picture of the bag
himself, while the bag I received was of a different shape. In the terms and conditions he also has
stated about the full refund if defective products. But he continues to want to disappear.i feel very
regret at the moment, it just because im not survey more details about the website. Please be
careful when buying something online. Do not trust any illegal website and you need to understand
