JOB DESCRIPTION - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager - Liabilities Functional Title: RM - Liabilities Report To: Location Head Purpose: Mobilising resources for the bank from the individual, HNI, NRI, SME & corporate Customers through existing financial products available with the bank. Required Qualification Graduate / Post graduate in Marketing / Finance Required Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in liability marketing in a bank Required Skills Good customer contacts, communication and interpersonal skills, flair for marketing Sr No BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Garner low cost diversified deposits from individuals, HNI, NRI, SME/ Corporate clients and Source Current and savings a/c. 2 Expand and diversify the deposit base with Banks, Financial Institutions and Corporates (Target Markets: Co-op Banks, FI, FII, Cash rich Corporates, other institutions, NRI, HNI, SME) 3 Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and maintain high level of Customer service. 4 Advice / present to customers on the range of available bank’s products and services and Cross sell Bank’s liability products. Identify new markets. 5 Build up of Reciprocal lines from Banks Build relationships with EXIM, NABARD, SIDBI, ECGC relationships for reciprocal lines/ Refining of portfolio .No of relationships developed and reciprocal lines set up on Mutually agreeable terms to meet funding requirements 6 Responsible for new customers / channel development for sustained business. No. of new clients 7 In order to ascertain expected level of due-diligence, adherence to internal policies and KYC Norms while opening new accounts. 8 High quality sales note / credit notes for Bank/ FI limits.
