MM International Logistics Ltd., as CHB cum Transporter for Documentation, Coordination with concern authorities involve for obtaining required permission, obtaining Import Permit, Customs Clearance and Transportation from Benapole LCS to our Project Sites. Scope of Work: M/S. MM International Logistics Ltd.. 01. Co-ordination with supplier and suppliers CHB at Indian side for Finalization of LR and other documents in coordination of Site. 02. Receiving the materials from supplier and suppliers CHB at Indian side at Benapole and making the dumping arrangement 03. Co-ordination with our Project Site for documentation and Duty payment – Provide Drafts of all documents 04. Co-ordination with PD Office (RHD) for Recommendation Letter for IP – Provide / Send through mail – Drafts of all documents 05. Obtaining IP from CCI&E. 06. Import Customs clearance at Benapole. 07. Transportation from Benapole to our Project Site. 08. Trucks/Trailers shall have proper fitness certificates and drivers with proper driving licenses, HSE compliance. 09. Providing all materials and accessories required for lashing & choking cargoes safely on the trucks & trailers. 10. All lifting gears (slings, wire ropes, spreaders, shackles etc.,) shall be in working condition. 11. Ensure coordination of all parties involved and smooth and seamless operation. The Scope of work include providing draft Letters / Declarations required for submission to various authorities - PD Office, CCI&E, , Bankers, Customs Deptt. etc, along with Authority Letter, if required. Provide advance intimation for payment of Customs Duty or Bank Guarantee – inform approx. duty amount. Once Bill of Entry is ready, please send it to respective Project Site for Duty payment.
