Plot summary
◦ Tonino, a boy who tells us about his childhood, had a grandparent in the village, and a
grandparent in the city when he was four years old. Then Grandma Theodolinda from
the village fell ill and died. That fell hard on her husband Ottavian. When only a short
time has passed, which has alleviated the wound of the Ottawa cover a little, the

◦ This novel expresses a selfless and most sincere kind of love for grandparents,
which will leave a mark in us even if we did not know them, let alone as Tonino,
when everyone loved and cared for him, He reciprocates them with that special
and rare kind of love. Also, this book can make kind people cry because one of
the main characters dies. This book is very instructive because we need to, if we
have, pay attention on our grandparents, especially now, when we are in
quarantine.
