Deattach the PLC Master unit in P06 (196U1) and
Measure profibus cable and be sure it's in
Measure fieldbus coupler and replaced with
Checked armrest cables SB & PS
Signal error joystick PS f/a position
Found possibilty of squeezing the PS Cable
Checked speed control
Checked the alternator fuse 250 Amp
Checked the alternator belt
Checked the starter motor cables
Metering all wires and the speed sensor
Replaced the blown fuse with new one
Replaced the faulty light bulb
Replace internal chip of the display
Solutions
Reinstalled all modules and be sure all was
installed ok
Untightned the lock screw of the chair to make
the cable at more free
Rotate the control to zero position
Tighten all nuts and switched off all the main
switches and turn it ON again then start the
engine
Clean the sensor &Replaced the relay 302K7
