INITIAL LAYOUT FOR BOROUGE
ETST have doubts that this proposed design will be implementable for the following reasons:
 Feasibility - By the angle of walls, product inside hopper will not be discharged by gravity
 Safety Risk - Lifting a 40’ container with 30t weight to an elevation of 12m is not an easy operational task
and will raise safety risks
 Cost - It is not budget friendly to build a warehouse which will allow to take static force of 40t (container
+ tilting station)
 Manpower - If you will push through the lifting of container to 12m elevation, operators have to work on
this elevation the entire shift
 Resources – Power supply at the elevation of 12m as the tilting station is working with a hydraulic
power pack
PROPOSED CONCEPT
ETST propose the loading of pellets from a 40’
container into the FFS/big bag bagging machine. We
will be showing you on the next slides what we have
considered for each system/line.

ETST propose the loading of pellets from a 40’ container into the FFS/big bag
bagging machine. The below are considered for each system/line:
 Hydraulic container tilting station on ground level:
 Pneumatic conveying system from container discharge to storage hopper
 Storage hopper 65qm in SS304 (with washing unit as optional)
 Magnet separator in gravity line
 Inline deduster to take out fines and dust to increase the final product quality (This
system is approved by borealis)
 Ffs / big bag bagging machine
