INITIAL LAYOUT FOR BOROUGE ETST have doubts that this proposed design will be implementable for the following reasons: Feasibility - By the angle of walls, product inside hopper will not be discharged by gravity Safety Risk - Lifting a 40’ container with 30t weight to an elevation of 12m is not an easy operational task and will raise safety risks Cost - It is not budget friendly to build a warehouse which will allow to take static force of 40t (container + tilting station) Manpower - If you will push through the lifting of container to 12m elevation, operators have to work on this elevation the entire shift Resources – Power supply at the elevation of 12m as the tilting station is working with a hydraulic power pack PROPOSED CONCEPT ETST propose the loading of pellets from a 40’ container into the FFS/big bag bagging machine.
