April, safety month for Nael group of Companies.
In 2018, Nael Cement Products (NCP) a sister
company of Nael General Contracting and
corporate member of IIRSM was conducted the
world day for safety & health and international
safety award function together in a row.
Moreover, Nael Management selected April as
safety month with an aim to accelerate
sustainable development in OSH standard.
NCP, conducted this function on 23rd April 2018
instead of 28th April because of tight schedule and
other safety programs in Nael Group of
companies like various training programs, safety
trips, stress management program, safety quiz.

“OSH VULNERABILITY IN YOUNG WORKERS” is the main agenda of the function, which define the
protection of young workers in workplace and stops child labour. Representatives from Industrial
Development Beauro (IDB), Managing Director of Nael Group, General Manager of Nael Group and
corporate HSE Manager convey their message and defined the role of safety culture in the
organization.
A month totally dedicated for safety, historical decision from top management and simply obvious
their commitment towards health and safety.
From the HSE statistics of Nael group it is very clear that, obstructions are the real boosters of their
success and Nael management proved that, feel the obstructions, shape yourself and develop
completely.
