Most buildings collapse in the marine environment is due to corrosion of
steel in the concrete due to the high humidity level around the location.

The rusting process is a chemical reaction that reacts

CEMWET BPCP-900 are added to the
reinforced steel. This chemical layer will
act as a protective layer before covering
it again. Experts will test these chemical
components with various live conditions
and real-life scenarios. And provide a
report of their performance about the
conditions.

the chemicals
BPCP- 900 is one of the chemicals used by
bulders for preventing concrete corrosion.
This chemical will be in light brown also in the
liquid form. This chemical component will
have a PH value of about 9.5, which is the
minimum scale, and there are many
chemicals with more than this ph value. The
speciļ¬c gravity of this liquid will be 1.04 at
27degree celsius. These are the details about
the chemical component.
Builders mix this chemical along with water, cement
and sand for construction. For a cube meter of
concrete, 2 to 3 kg of this chemical is essential. The
primary work of this chemical is to prevent corrosion in
between concretes. These products have other names
as migrating corrosion inhibitors, and Cortec-Me is the

lifespan in marine regions. The chemical components that control the
