equites, fixed income, FX and commodity products. DV Energy is a rapidly
growing division that specializes in trading crude oil, refined products, and natural
gas across US, European, and Asian markets. Our combined risk management,

largest liquidity providers within the global energy complex.
DV Energy is looking for someone eager to join an actively growing team as we
expand our presence in US, European, and Asian related products. Opportunity
for fast track to active trading role, with independent decision making
responsibility.
Job Responsibilities







Work side by side with senior energy traders
Learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an
established trading business
Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs
Build and maintain trading models
Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities
Liaise between trading group, internal company departments, and OTC
relationships
Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and
specific skills






Possess a strong work ethic and be able to learn quickly in a fast paced,
high pressure environment
Detail oriented, organized, diligent
Maintain composure and communicate clearly when under pressure
Ability to succeed working as part of a diversified team
Strong interest in trading and energy markets in particular



Strong understanding of math, probability, and statistics
High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA; SQL, python, statistical
modeling, other programming a plus
Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
