Moreover, FFA pays special attention on the quality of student research by assigning a proper
academic staff to each student to orient, supervise, encourage and provide timely supports to the
student until he/she successfully complete his/her research.
6 - Academic Staff
Currently, FFA has 26 dedicated staffs; including 2 Associate Professors, 9 Ph.D., 03 Ph.D. candidates
and 12 Masters. Every year, Faculty Leaders provide good opportunities for both academic and support
staff to take part in training courses for their professional development. For example, in order to improve
the quality of the program, several lecturers have participated in the training workshop on teaching

9 - Remarkable Achievements
FFA has continuously achieved the achievement of Advanced Labor Collective in the years from
2016 to 2019, and has achieved the achievement of Excellent Labor Collective in 2020. From the
effort in training, FFA is proud of the outstanding achievements as shown in Table 1 and Table 2.

Current equipment and facilities well satisfy the needs of our lecturers and students in their teachinglearning and research activities; specifically:

spacious; Self-study rooms and Dormitory are comfortable; Grocery store is convenient while GYM
