Objectives of the Course:
The course aims at achieving the following objectives;
 To discuss the writings and sources of authority of the world religions.
 To appreciate more fully the depth of searching for the eternal reality of God.
 To evaluate the main strengths and weaknesses of each religion and compare
it to the relevant features of Christianity.
 To realize more fully the complex problem involved in the communication of
the gospel to men of other religions.
Purpose of the Course:
The purpose of this course is to equip students to be able to bridge the gap
between Christianity and other religions and present the gospel to men of other
religions without necessarily creating conflicts.
Key Concepts:
Some key concepts in this course include: African traditional religion,
Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism, Religion, Belief, Sacrifice,
Prayer, Rites

Conclusion:
Indeed, this course on; Comparative Religions by Dr. Dominic Enya Nsan
was found to be more interesting and soul transforming. The lessons drawn from this
course will greatly help to appreciate the importance of building tolerance for people
of other religions through my understanding of their religious beliefs. This will go a
long way to help me to use the bridges their beliefs have with Christianity to present
the gospel of Christ to men from other religions.
