ensuing discussions and negotiations held, resulting to an agreed sum on --/--/2021.
After deliberations, we write to inform you of our acceptance of your tender in the sum of Insert

percentages set out in the Preliminaries and Specifications of the works.
The following documents shall make up the Contract between our company and yours;

Once you have acceded and signed the terms of the contract, our consultant will discuss with you the
