I apologise for my direct approach to you, however I am hoping that I may be able to find some suitable land and this is proving quite hard to come by! I have therefore taken it upon myself to write to various land owners in the hope that someone would consider selling their land for this purpose. I am hoping to build a family home (either a 3 or 4 bedroom property) that would be appropriate in design to the surrounding area.
