Good Day!
A few years has come to an end and I didn’t even realize that I made this far. I do found a
new set of friends. Colleagues who helped me to do my job well. A Colleagues who mold
me to be more competent and hardworking in terms of work and leaders who helped me
to be a better me as a person. I am writing this letter now to let you know and formally
inform you that I will be resigning of being your Contractual Nurse in ER Department at
Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital effective on October 3, 2021 for some private
and personal reasons. It’s really hard for me to say goodbye after a few years that we’ve
been together in this institution. My last day at Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital
will be on the 2nd day of October 2021.
It has been a pleasure working at your institution, and it has been a valuable learning
experience. I have learned how to work with a team to ensure that every patient gets the
care that they need. As you know, this was my first professional position as a nurse.
Over the past 3 years, getting to know the regular patients and see how much they
trusted our doctors made me appreciate how lucky I was to be working here.
I am grateful for the experiences gained and the positive impact on me that will help me
in moving forward as a nurse.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so welcoming and patient with me
when you took me on as a new hire. My experiences were extremely thorough and
contained lifelong lessons. I feel that my development as a nurse has grown
tremendously and I thank you for that. Keep safe and God bless us all.

hospital is consistently able to triumph over the adversity it faces on a daily basis.
