ACTION PLAN FOR PUPILS WITH FAILING GRADES
I.PROBLEM
PUPIlS
1. Grade six SECTION-GENEROSITY pupils have very low comprehension level which
contributes to poor academic performance.
1.1. Insufficient reading materials
1.2. Lack of parental support and close monitoring of reading habits
TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
2.The teacher is in need to pursue professional development
2.1. There is a need to attend trainings and seminars in handling struggling readers.
2.2 There is a need to enroll in graduate school and take reading as specialization
PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS
3.There is a need to improve the classroom facilities. Provision of reading material is needed
3.1 Proper ventilation

4. There is no 100% participation of parents, in meetings and activities.
4.1 Encourage parents to strictly monitor their child’s reading habits.
