JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Engineering Duties


Responsible for daily production of 40 gas condensate producing wells.
Responsible for routine plant operations including:
 Inlet separation, dew point controlling, low temperature separation, glycol dehydration, glycol
regeneration, gas compression station, LPG, gas fractionation, gas metering, condensate
stabilization, condensate storage and exporting station, produced water treatment & satellite
station follow up).
Professional user of DCS (Schneider Foxboro) - SCADA and PLC (SIEMENS) systems for process

control and operations follow up in normal and emergency situations.

Perform troubleshooting and failure root cause analysis, plant optimization, drive engineering queries
(EQs) and Management of Change (MOCs).

Issuing work permits, work requests and approval of all plant engineering work. (GMS).

Approved all preventive maintenance and unplanned work for other maintenance department.

Maintain close relationship with operations team and network relationships with the supporting
functions to raise awareness of ongoing operational issues

Using ASPEN HYSYS to simulate and modify operation upset.

Prepare Daily, Monthly and Annual Production Reports.

Assets on annual budget forecasting.

Daily In-hand contact with Towers, Pipeline pigging, flow assurance and Utilities Operations,
Supervision for Technical Information Exchange and Problems Solving Related to Operations.

Preparing Plant Modification certificates and Provide Justifications for production Enhancing.
