Go to walgreens.com/covidvaccine and click

To continue, you will need to log in with an existing Walgreens.com
account or Create a new account (A)

• If your existing account does not have pharmacy access, you
will be asked to upgrade by providing additional information
• To upgrade or create a new account, you will be asked to
verify your identity to access your health information

Once you’re logged in, you will need to answer the COVID-19
Vaccination Screening questions to ensure you are eligible to
receive a vaccine at this time.

After confirming eligibility, click

You will be asked to provide additional details and

Search for the store using zip code, address, or city/state (B) and
click

After you select your store, find an appointment by selecting your
desired Date and pick from the Available times (C)

Review appointment details are correct (D) and click

to proceed.

You can update your existing appointment by following the Edit or
cancel appointment link in your confirmation email or by going to
walgreens.com/covidvaccine and clicking

To continue, log in with the Walgreens.com account used to schedule
the original appointment (A)

Once you’re logged in, you will see details regarding your currently
scheduled appointment (B)

*Note – if 48 hours have passed, your originally scheduled
appointment may have been marked as a “no show” and you may
see “You don’t have any appointments scheduled”. Please proceed by
scheduling a new appointment.

To cancel your appointment, simply click Cancel and confirm. If you
need to reschedule your appointment, select Edit.

To edit your appointment, you will need to review details previously
provided and select th store where you will receive the vaccine.

Search for the store using zip code, address, or city/state (C) and
click

After you select your store, you will be able to select a new
appointment by selecting your desired Date and Available time (D)

Review updated appointment details are correct (E) and click
