FINGER - 47 Extension (Resistive Putty)
FINGER - 54 Grip Strengthening (Resistive Putty)
Place putty loop around
fingers. Stretch loop by
opening hand at large
knuckles only. Keep
thumb still and fingertips straight.
Squeeze putty using
thumb and all fingers.

FINGER - 53 Adduction (Resistive Putty)

Press between 2 fingers
and pull putty anchored with
other hand. Repeat with all
