Reflection On 1st semester ALM 2nd years 2020 In March 2020 all universities, Nelson Mandela University included, had to move to remote-online-emergency teaching and learning due to the COVID19 pandemic. Lecturers and students received no warning that this would happen and this was something we did not prepare for. We all had to adapt to the ‘new normal’ and this required from most of us to show our resilience. Some of us were better equipped to adapt to this new normal than others. The primary goal of our university for 2020 became to ‘successfully complete the 2020 academic year’. Based on the above-mentioned, complete your own/personal SWOT analysis in terms of your experience(s) of remote-online-emergency learning since March 2020 up until now/your current situation.
