ColumbiaFW / ConcordFW Model Casting Schedule
(Children may audition on any of the dates below. Children must be between the
ages of 5-14)

All models are asked not to bring unnecessary people with you to the
auditions. &o extra relatives, children, friends, etc. due to space limitations. Please
only one parent per minor.

Parents are asked to contain your children before, during, and after the
audition.
Models selected for the model book are not guaranteed to walk. A designer
MUST pick you from our book in order for you to walk.
Kids Ages 5-14 may audition on any of the above audition dates. Please be on
time as children will be auditioned first.
Audition for 2 fashion weeks at one time! Models selected at these model calls will be
entered into both the Columbia Fashion Week (formerly Columbia Style Week) and
Concord Fashion Week designer/retailer model books! There are only 5 model calls. You
must attend one in person in order to be considered.
Each year there has been a $10 - $15 model application fee for our fashion week. As we
are combining 2 fashion weeks, the fee is now $18. It is not negotiable or refundable.
You must pay online, you may not mail a check. Checks will be returned along with
application.

Females: Please wear skinny jeans/leggings, the highest heels you feel comfortable
walking in (closed toe pump is best, absolutely no wedges), hair pulled away from your
face, and minimal makeup.
Males: Please wear fitted jeans, hard bottomed shoes, have a clean shaven face, and a
fitted white tee.
Children: Please do not over dress the child. Please bring them in comfortable play
clothes.
Mandatory Model Rehearsal Schedule
If you are selected to walk in Columbia Fashion Week and/or Concord Fashion
Week
The following rehearsals will be mandatory:

At these meetings, models will be measured and weighed again, designers
will have the opportunity to perform final fittings and models will rehearse
with the model coordinators. Designers may also contact each model
independently to set up times to have the models meet with them for
personal fittings at any time.
After the mandatory model rehearsal, models who stay and pass out flyers in Columbia
and/or Concord from 2-5pm will receive a free photo shoot gift certificate with a local
photographer.

Our office is in an art gallery and it is very important that children no knock over art or
touch art work.

Models selected for the model book are not guaranteed to walk in
ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW. A designer MUST pick you from our book in order for you to
walk in ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW.

Selections: If you are selected to be in ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW, You will be contacted
within 7 days of your audition. If you miss ANY of the scheduled events, rehearsals,
fittings, etc you will immediately be removed from the selection list and replaced by
another model.
Compensation: There is NO COMPENSATION for your participation in
ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW. ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW is not responsible for mileage
reimbursement, hotels, meals, or any other expenses you occur driving to or from
auditions, rehearsals, fittings, or other events associated with ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from ColumbiaFW/ConcordFW
venues and shows, and are responsible for any parking fees associated with the event.
Waiver: You agree to hold harmless, Concord Fashion Week, Columbia Fashion Week,
FFS Model and Talent Agency, and any company, sponsor, venue, or others affiliated
with this event. Any fatigue, stress, injuries, or other liabilities you may or may not incur
as a result of your participation in this event are entirely your responsibility.

Concord Fashion Week Participants: There is no, “no compete’. You may participate in
any other multi day fashion events in Concord at any time.
Columbia Fashion Week Participants: You many not participate in any other multi-day
fashion event (3 or more nights) within 30 miles of Columbia South Carolina. This means
that your participation in any other event resembling a fashion week or fashion/modeling
that is 3 or more consecutive nights in Columbia SC voids your opportunity to participate
in Columbia Fashion Week (formerly Columbia Style Week). If you have questions or
