We respectfully, recommend to your good office, SG ROBERTO ESPARTERO for the grievance committee held at
KLSSI Headquarters as it did not admit to the violation against him such as:
 DISHONESTY- such as no disclosure of important information or security matter
 disobeyed the secrecy of our detachment.
Whereas, Councelling on last Thurday at around 1831H of September23, 2021 conducted by Detachment Commander SO
Neilito Galang with the undersigned and also the three (3) HeadGuards held hereat Command post/Security Office at ICC,
VMP townhouse, EYO market and PENBER CORP Security Detachment, miramonte park, soldier hills 3 north Caloocan city.
 circumstances- someone told SG velasco like he was blotted in the barangay, he was forbidden to hang
out in the vicinity.
base on verification and initial gathered information; given oral statement by SG Roberto Espartero he said;
 september 20, 2021 at about 1900H “ nagpunta si sg velasco sa aming bahay para maningil ng pautang niya at nag
inuman kami nabanggit din nya sa akin na apat ang certificate niya dahil pinapareport daw siya sa opis at hindi daw
siya pumunta sa opis para magreport dahil alanganin na daw siya. hindi ko sya pinansin dahil nabusy na ako sa
online sabong”.
 September 23, 2021 at about 0900H “nagpunta sa akin pwesto block 20 victory si sg velasco hinanap si sg Eugenio
ang sagot ko hindi ko alam huwag ka nang tumagal dahil mainit ka rito at baka madamay ako”.
The outcomes,shown he gave his statement lacking during the intorragation here in the security office and he does not
given the full facts of his explanation about the incident.
RECOMMENDATION:
 RETURN TO UNIT(RTU) for furthermore investigation..
