Significant Highlights:
o Business Process Analysis and redesign for Milaha’s Logistics Services enabling a cost reduction of QAR 2.8 million
on initial implementation phase. ( 6 month after I joined )
o Secured and landed the First Oil and Gas Freight long term forwarding and logistics contract in the history of
Milaha.
o Engineered, procured and implemented the Milaha freight forwarding IT systems, putting Milaha online for the
first time to serve clients electronically.
o Secured and operated UN aid Project cargo to hot zones in the world.
o Increased the revenue by setting sales strategy to over 80% in First year.
o Achieved a 90 percent closure rate on new contracts. (2017/2018)
