Transcripts from Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School
Parents/Guardians:
Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School will be charging for transcripts that are being sent out to any nonMACS school. Each transcript will cost $10.00.
Please click on the link below and it will take you straight to the payment site. After you have paid for
your transcript please email me at khlevins@htcms.net with your payment confirmation and where you
would like the transcript mailed. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your transcript to be prepared.
