Employee Engagement Council
Operations/Logistics:
Purpose: to give all Bellevue operations associates the opportunity to
have their voice heard by management, to have any pending needs
addressed, and for the team to understand their impact on other parts
of the organization.
Members: Operations employee council will consist of:
(2) yard associates
(2) warehouse associates
(2) truss assemblers
(2) truck drivers
Members will serve a 3-month term on the council. Volunteers or
“elected”? If elected, by peers or manager?
Meetings: The associate council will meet every other Thursday at 3:00
PM in the conference room at the main store. The meeting will be
facilitated by Mike Catalina and Michelle Prisco.
Meeting topics will include:
 Improvement ideas
 Current good/not-so-good
 Performance of the business (MC)
 Future planning (MC)
