These are the documents that already were an output but the entity added some

This is when an entity automates their data entry to ease or eliminate unnecessary
activities, people or data.

General ledger
This is where accountants store organized financial data in order to create the entity’s
financial statements.

Control accounts are used to eliminate unnecessary accounts on the general ledger and
make it clean but still keep correct and accurate balances.

This is labeling the data for a faster search in the database.

This is used by businesses to manage and integrate their operations for a better planning
and decision making.
