Disabling RSS Log on to AACC Server Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet >Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings Right-click on the contact center subnet Local Area Connection and select Properties. Click Configure. On the Properties window, click Advanced. On the Advanced tab, from the Property list select Receive Side Scaling, and from the Value list select Enabled. From the Property list select Maximum Number of RSS Queues, and from the Value list, select RSS 4 Queues. From the Property list select Receive Buffers, and from the Value list select Maximum. Click OK. 2. Unchecking Power Management Log on to AACC Server Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet >Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings Right-click on the contact center subnet Local Area Connection and select Properties. Click Configure. On the Power Management window, click Advanced. Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power Click OK. 3. Disabling Netbios Log on to AACC Server Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet >Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings Right-click on the contact center subnet Local Area Connection and select Properties. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 and click Properties Click Advanced Select WINS tab Check Disable NetBios over TCP/IP Click OK.
