alertness of a person. It has been found out as one of the three most-popular beverages and one of the
most- profitable international commodities in the world. In fact, most people, especially Filipinos,
cannot start their day without coffee thus coffee had played a large role in the breakfast table of
Filipinos and even people around the world
Its caffeine content, which is a mild stimulant made coffee one of the most popular choices of drink for
many Filipinos. In fact, study shows that 9 out of 10 Filipino households consume coffee on a regular
basis.
