Self – Regulated Thinking Needs improvement What can I do to improve or enhance my skill in this area? 1. Being aware of my mental processes. 2. Reverse Thins or Ideas to get the best solutions 3. Evaulate the existing Evidences. 4. Learning through related experiences. 1. Improve mind mapping and applying it in my class. 2. Keep on learning. Making it a life long learning. 3.Exploring different creativity theories like Mental Illness theory, Humanistic theory. 1. Being aware of what I formulate in my mind, in that way, I could regulate also my actions. 2. Accepts feedbacks wether positive or negative and learn on how to improve feedback. 4. Convergent Analytical Thinking Adequate As what I read, 1. you improve your memory skills as it is factual. 2. developing your logical skills. 5. Divergent Thinking Adequate Based on what I had read, I find to: 1. Thinking of beyond the box. 2. Brainstorming of the facts presented. 3. Keeping a journal. 4. Mind or subject mapping. Upon filling up this form, I find myself where I could improve myself based on the different thinking skills, I had jotted down to improve myself being a facilatator of learning. I made a lot of reading over the web of the different thinking areas and chose the best suited on me. As a 21 st century facilator after having done with M odule 1, I had made notes of where I could improve myself as a n effective facilitator of learning. It made me a wholelistic facilitator. From LOTS of blooms taxonomy to HOTS. A lot of learning were imparted to me from the shared ideas of my collegues and to you as my FLT Doc Emma Lingas. As the proverb’s states that “there should be always a room for improvement” and I am open for negative or positive comments. Being as a Tech Voc trainer, it is usually called as a Kiss and Kick strategy, meaning you always starts with the positive comments and ends with a negative comment. In Hots of the revised Blooms Taxonomy identified as analyzing, evaluating and creating, it always invovle scrutinizing, evaluating then experimenting to prove that the objectives of the given theory is whether application to a givien situation or not. Being also as a Facilatator, defferent approaches were also applied as we cater multi intellegences To our learners. As Senior High School teachers, we also cater students of different walks of life, from farm workers to well off students, from slow learner to fas learner students, from psychomotor type of student to academic type of learner. Different approaches were also applied. Therefore, as facilatator of learning, we should be flexible to our recipients and profiling is being needed to that we can implement or wht we want to be. Thorught this module, I was able to impve myself on how am I going to cater my learners. Form the traditional LOTS to most improve HOTS of Blooms taxonomy. In that way, I could prepare my learners to a bigger battle whether they would pursue to Higher Education or to work. They can now ready to face the challenges in the chosen field. They already knew how to analyze, evaluate and create or innovate things that would improve the status in life. As for me, if I can see my students improve their lives, I would be happy enough as I am be an effective facilitator of learning as they had learned a lot form me.
