1. Stir at the heated pan to make enhanced aroma
2. Add salt and water
3. 3 min for boiling
4. turn heat and add chicken breast
5. cover and keep at the 4’C (fridge) for 2 hrs.
6. After 2 hrs, rinse.
7. Done for brine.
