You will regularly submit your reports including eDCR’s, Monthly Samples Statement and Expense claims. You will strictly follow and comply with the instructions, advises and guidance provided by Platinum Management. You will maintain close liaison with our distributors / dealers in your area. PROBATION: Initially for six months extendable up to another six months during which period no notice or pay in lieu of is required for termination of your services from either side. CONFIRMATION: After satisfactory completion of probationary period as mentioned above or as extended, your services would be confirmed. After confirmation your services can be terminated by giving one month’s notice or pay in lieu thereof from either side. PROVIDENT FUND: On confirmation of services, you shall subscribe 8.33% of your basic salary to the company’s provident fund scheme. Likewise, the company will subscribe a further 8.33% of your salary to the fund. Payment out of the fund shall only be made in accordance with the rules laid down for the Provident Fund. GRATUITY: Subject to completion of ten years continuous permanent employment, you will be entitled for the payment of gratuity at the rate of 30 days basic salary for each completed year of services or fraction thereof in service in excess of six month proportionately. (Page 1 of 2) LIFE INSURANCE: After successful completion of probationary period, you will be entitled for Life Insurance under Group Life Insurance Policy according to your grade as per Company Rules in force and amended from time to time for different management grades. LEAVES: You will be entitled to avail the leaves as per company rules. MEDICAL: Your employment is subject to medical fitness. Examination will be held by the Company’s Doctor as and when considered necessary. RETIREMENT: You will be retired from the services of the Company on attaining the age of 60 years. You may be retired or terminated earlier on the grounds of ill health, physical or mental incapacity to work. SERVICES RULES & REGULATIONS: Your appointment is subject to the rules and regulations in force in the company or any amendments, alteration or modification that may be made there in from time to time. EXCLUSIVE SERVICE & SECRECY: During your period of service, you will perform all such duties assigned to you from time to time by the Company or its associates or successors depending upon the exigencies of business. While in the Company’s service, you will not be employed at any time directly or indirectly, with any other employer or in any other business and you will maintain complete secrecy in regard to processes of manufacturing operations and or marketing and selling operations and business activities of the Company. MISCELLANEOUS: While leaving the services, all correspondence files and property of the company will be returned by you. In case of any dispute what so ever, including clearance or any industrial dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be at Karachi.
