End to End Recruitment Process 1. Manpower Requisition from Management. Make sure to enter this in Monday.com 2. Confirm the following with the requesting party: a. Position Title b. Job Description c. Employment Type and Hours(Contractor, Full time, Part time, etc.) d. Location e. Salary 3. Post Job advertisement in Job Boards / Recruitment Groups 4. Process candidate application only if they have done the following: a. Submitted their most recent Resume/CV b. Filled out Candidate Questionnaire 5. Candidate Assessment a. Have the candidate take any Technical test applicable to the job role b. Schedule the interview with the candidate. Ensure that all the Interviewers will use the Interview Marking Guide. c. HR Interview d. Technical Interview with Direct Supervisor e. CEO Interview f. Ensure that all interviews are recorded 6. Once all interviews are completed and the candidate selection process is done a. Inform the successful candidate of the result, send the Job Offer letter, their start date and collate the requirements b. Inform all the unsuccessful candidates who did not pass the candidate assessment 7. On the New Hire’s First Day: a. Have all the necessary access like Email, Slack, softwares applicable to the role ready. b. Conduct the New Hire Orientation on or before the first day of the new hire. c. Introduce the new hire to the team d. Endorse the New hire to his supervisor
