seriously.
- The use of drugs or alcohol can put people at risk
of acting on suicidal thoughts because their
judgement is impaired.

Sometimes the physical and emotional changes during
the teen years may make teens feel more emotional,
impulsive, and focused on today.
What can teens feel at this age?
Some teens may feel confused and helpless at times,
especially if they are having troubles at home or school.
What should they do?
Asking a parent or trusted adult for help if you’re not sure
about what to do is essential.

It’s important to realize that feeling impulsive, emotional,
or focused on today are part of growing up.
