for anyone who has a problem with anger.
When anger causes problems in your
relationships and life, it can become a problem.
An anger management class may be beneficial
if you are prone to hurtful words, property
destruction, or road rage.

management classes, depending
on the individual's needs.
Online courses are more popular during
pandemics, but in-person sessions are also
possible. While some patients prefer to have
their own therapists, others may be more
comfortable with self-guided learning.

There are many stressors that can
trigger or worsen anger. These
include frustration with a partner
or child, financial stress or traffic
issues.
Counselors will gain insight into
anger management strategies and
the differences between domestic
violence counseling and anger
management counseling.
You may notice physical signs such
as sleeping poorly, clenching of
your jaw, racing heart, or driving
too fast that your anger is rising.
They also learn how to facilitate
anger management courses. You
can offer psychotherapy to clients
in either a group or one-on-one
setting with this certification
training.
You may feel angry and want to
yell at people or hold back what
you really want.
