Anger Introduction Do you feel that your anger goes beyond what is normal or healthy? Have you ever been told that you have ‘anger issues’? Most people have been angry at times in their lives but sometimes it can feel excessive or uncontrollable and might even be impacting negatively on our relationships. Counselling might help you learn to manage your anger and understand the triggers.
