ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking an experienced Cell Site Integrator in West Caldwell, NJ. The Cell Site
Integrator will oversee site integration, and spearhead the training of in-house integrators. The ideal candidate will
be a motivated leader and mentor, seeking to increase the quality and skills of the in-house integration team.
Possession of the Ericsson EF&I certification is highly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of radio access nodes, and core network transmission equipment on
operational telecommunications networks as defined by the OEM
Interacting with ITC management, technicians, and customers’ technical staff on a regular basis
The Integration Technician will work with internal ITC crews in developing in-house integration teams
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All candidates are subject to a mandatory pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical exam, and must
possess and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Required Experience
3+ years’ integration experience
Working knowledge of Ericsson RBS Element Manager (EMAS)
Commissioning and Integration of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and CDMA as per the OEM
Strong mechanical skills in installation (layout, assembly, tie-in, etc.); reading and interpretation of
mechanical and construction drawings
Experienced with hardware installations, testing, and commissioning platforms
Proficiency in the use of Windows 7 platforms
A demonstrated understanding of multiple client networks
Experience with radio access networks (RAN) and optical/microwave
Preferred Experience
5-7 Years’ professional experience in the wireless industry
Antenna and line experience
Demonstrated understanding of microwave and fiber transmission concepts
Site surveying experience: GSM, UMTS, LTE and CDMA
Familiarity with civil or A&L work
Education and/or Certifications
Desired LTE RBS certification, and Ericsson (EF&I; Engineer, Furnish & Install) Certifications
UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, GSM or similar
