Situation 1

A case of a LOCALLY STRANDED INDIVIDUAL (LSI) from Quezon City, Male, 40 y.o.
married.

From Kwak airport he was immediately placed in BIU-in Brgy. Laagan for Isolation,
Last July 30, 2020. His Rapid Diagnostic Test result was negative which was done on
the 6th day of Isolation at MIU. On the 7th day of Isolation, he went out of his Isolation
to visit his mother’s wake and there were 3 persons present at the moment.

Person A1 his Brother. A Brgy. Kagawad, who allowed him to go out of Isolation, 37
y.o. married with 5 children, and during the wake he did not wear any face mask or
faceshield. And did not observe social distancing.

Person B2, A Businessman, 40 y.o. married with 3 children, with history of asthma,
he wears face masks and observe social distancing, and talks to the LSI for about 25
minutes.

Person C3 Wife of person B2, 35 y.o., she wears face mask, makes “Beso-Beso” and
talk with the LSI for about 5 Mins.

On the 8th day-LSI attended the burial of his mother, there were about 50 person
present.

On the 10th day of his Isolation RDT was done and it came out
POSITIVE swab
collection was done immediately.

On the 13th day Swab result came out positive.

Situation 2

Person B2, A Businessman, 40 y.o. married with 3 children, with history
of asthma, he wears face masks and observe social distancing, and talks
to the LSI for about 25 minutes.

On August 10, 2020, he went to his grocery store with his wife located in
Brgy. Laagan Public Market, he has 4 saleslady and 2 helpers. Person B
stayed there for 2 hours and went home with his wife stayed there until
5pm. At home they have 2 house helper who were both married.

August 12, 2020- Holds a birthday party at his home, with 30 attendees.

August 15, 2020- Person B feels constipated for 2 days, and submitted
for Swab test in one of the private hospital. On the way, at 11:30 am. He
and his driver went to fast food establishment to eat.

After 2 days swab result came out. POSITIVE
