Seeding
Developing self-awareness, deepening self-knowledge
and creating a personalized and unique journey.
Online Survey &
Journey Design
Participants answer a set of 36 questions,
each corresponding to one of the 6
dimensions.
Answering this survey allows participants to
acknowledge the existing gap between the
importance of a certain aspect in their lives,
and how able they are to apply it on a
regular basis.
After completing the survey, participants
attend a debriefing session with an Adam’s
Choice Expert where they receive a 1-page
report, which is the basis for a reflection on
what key dimensions they want to focus
during their Choosenology journey, so we can
customize their full experience to be highly
impactful.

To have a meaningful life aligned with our core values
and which fulfils a purpose.
Spiritual
To achieve personal fulfillment from our jobs or our
chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our

To achieve a lifestyle that ensures the health and physical
condition to live the life we aspire to. A means to live in a
balanced state of body, mind and spirit.
Physical
The ability to open our minds to new ideas and
experiences. The desire to learn new concepts, improve
skills and seek challenges in pursuit of lifelong learning.
Intellectual
What are the 6 wellbeing dimensions which will guide each
participant’s Choosenology journey?
How we relate to and connect with other people in our
world. Ability to establish and maintain positive and
meaningful relationships with family, friends and coworkers.

and with a group, although the two are intertwined

Participants will lead an individual journey, where they are invited to reflect on who they are, where they are at
and the choices that led them there, as well as where they want to be and the choices that they need to make in order to get there.

Group Journey
Participants will receive support from their peers (a person who is similar in fundamental ways to the recipient of the support; their relationship
is one of equality) during this transformative journey, with whom they will both receive and provide knowledge, experience, emotional, social and
practical help to each other. Adam’s Choice will provide the tools and opportunities to do this in a structured way.

KNOWLEDGE & TOOLS

Peer Mentoring
Inspiring content can be uplifting and create an impetus to
action. Participants will receive curated and proprietary content to
inspire change, nurture curiosity and engage them in the process.
Participants are free to explore this content on their own time,
as "food for thought".
What are the
"The best way to learn is to teach, the best way to teach is to
learn“. Throughout this journey of shared discovery, as a mentee,
participants will have the chance to identify their issues and goals
and the ways of resolving or reaching them. As a mentor, they
will see new perspectives, develop their ability to motivate others
and grow in the process.
INDIVIDUAL JOURNEY
Co-learning Groups
Throughout this journey, participants will have the chance to
attend several synchronous and asynchronous online sessions
related to the phase that they are going through.
These sessions will give them practical knowledge and tools to
succeed in this journey.
MasterClasses
GROUP JOURNEY
Through this combination of brainstorming, support and peer
accountability in a group setting, participants will sharpen
their own personal skills. Each person will both give and
receive advice as members challenge each other to set
strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
