Answering this survey allows participants to acknowledge the existing gap between the importance of a certain aspect in their lives, and how able they are to apply it on a regular basis. After completing the survey, participants attend a debriefing session with an Adam’s Choice Expert where they receive a 1-page report, which is the basis for a reflection on what key dimensions they want to focus during their Choosenology journey, so we can customize their full experience to be highly impactful. 1 Social The ability to understand ourselves and our emotions and cope with challenges life can bring. The journey will be done both individually and with a group, although the two are intertwined Individual Journey Participants will lead an individual journey, where they are invited to reflect on who they are, where they are at and the choices that led them there, as well as where they want to be and the choices that they need to make in order to get there. INDIVIDUAL JOURNEY GROUP JOURNEY Group Journey Participants will receive support from their peers (a person who is similar in fundamental ways to the recipient of the support; their relationship is one of equality) during this transformative journey, with whom they will both receive and provide knowledge, experience, emotional, social and practical help to each other. Adam’s Choice will provide the tools and opportunities to do this in a structured way. 6 The journey is guided by 5 cyclical steps GUIDANCE & SUPPORT Inspiring Content KNOWLEDGE & TOOLS of the Peer Mentoring Inspiring content can be uplifting and create an impetus to action. Participants will receive curated and proprietary content to inspire change, nurture curiosity and engage them in the process. Throughout this journey of shared discovery, as a mentee, participants will have the chance to identify their issues and goals and the ways of resolving or reaching them. As a mentor, they will see new perspectives, develop their ability to motivate others and grow in the process. These sessions will give them practical knowledge and tools to succeed in this journey.
