The figure shows the conceptual framework of the study and the variables that will determine the
potential of Mung bean (Vigna Radiata) starch as bioplastic and serve as an alternative for plastic bags.
The Mung bean starch will be the Independent variable and the durability, elasticity, color and texture
will be its dependent variable. The researchers will consider the durability and the elasticity of the mUng
bean starch, also the color and its texture.
