Our approach to advocacy begins with our local partners. We assess and strengthen their advocacy capacity and provide ongoing technical assistance. Plan: Our assessment of the legal, policy, and media landscapes identifies the policies that must be changed, as well as the necessary decision makers and the ways to reach them. We work with partners to build a comprehensive and detailed strategic advocacy plan based on this information. Execute: We provide ongoing strategic and technical support to our partners as they execute the key elements of the campaign. We monitor continuously and revise strategies accordingly. Implement Policy: Once policies are changed, we advocate for strong implementation, enforcement, and institutionalization; monitor progress; and support public health budgets. In politics part, we should raise funds from members and stakeholders and encourage to contribute to pass the law. Conclusions In conclusions, we would like to talk in two ways, which are first actionable steps for a short-term, and vision for the future for a long-term. In a short-term perspective, we need to acquire other companies in the same filed to keep increasing our market share. In terms of providers, we should increase our share of the market with aggressive marketing. On the other hand, we can talk about long term benefits as using Epic. First, understand gaps in policy and data in regards with addressing target populations as suggested by commonly agreed principles. Secondly, integrate the social, economic, environmental, and institutional principles into every policy and associated monitoring framework, where relevant. Also, create a common platform for effective user-producer dialogue in an equal environment where both policy and data are being benchmarked against a set of principles agreed upon by national stakeholders. Lastly, increase ownership of indicators and statistics among policy makers and enhance political and financial support to development of national statistical systems. Thank you for listening!
