Playa Calatagan Phase 4: Signed and Sealed Plans for Power Application

Gentleman:
Landco Pacific Corporation (LPC) has commissioned DCCD Engineering Corporation to
do the detailed engineering design for Playa Calatagan Phase 4 development in Calatagan,
Batangas. LPC has instructed DCCD via email dated 05 April 2021 to prepare signed and
sealed blueprint plans for power application. The following requested plans will entail
additional work for DCCD.
In this regard, DCCD Engineering Corporation respectfully submits this proposal as a
variation and additive to our original contract with your good office. This design variation
will cover the additional activities and expenses incurred by the necessary updates and
preparations on the said requested plans.
DCCD’s fee for the proposed design variation is THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 30,000.00) only, inclusive of 12% value added tax (VAT).
We look forward to your favorable response. If you have any questions or need
clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please indicate your approval/concurrence in the space provided for if you find the
foregoing terms and conditions of this proposal acceptable to you. This proposal, once
approved, shall serve as our contract agreement. Kindly forward to us the signed proposal,

Further, in the event a signed (whether manually or electronically) Purchase Order (PO),
Job Order (JO), Notice to Proceed (NTP) or any other similar documents is issued, in lieu
of this proposal, such shall serve as acceptance and confirmation of the terms and conditions
set forth in this proposal, and, shall make this proposal as valid contract and binding among
parties.
