The prediction of the arrival date seems to be more accurate after update. Space Environment Model Verification system 10 models running and verified using the observational data by satellite. The model output variable is categorized as categorical, multi-categorical, probabilistic, positional and continuous, which is from the simple detection to the continuous parameter. Summary and perspective • The recent SWx operation and research are still being very active even in quiet-release period by media in Korea. • The approach to SWx research by a number of new technique is challenging, however, yet not much promising to be implemented as the SWx operation. • Now, it is time to adopt the service-oriented approach to SWx product switching from the technology-oriented one to improve its marketfriendly nature and enhance the communication for the successful PPP(Public Private Partnership).
