Overview
The manual mainly describes Sabvoton sine wave controller feature, installation and
maintain ,the user must read the manual before use the controller , if you have any
question ,please contact with us.
Sabvoton motor controller is designed for brushless dc motor control ,which is applied
for high power electric scooter ,mini electric car and so on .

Feature and specification
1: FOC sine-wave controller applied to BLDC or PMSM
2. The controller match one motor to get best electric angle no more than 3 minutes for
the first time.
3.minimizing the torque pulsation,achieving non-noise,non-vibration run with great
comfort
4.work efficiently,reducing the heat consumption and extending the mileage

7.convenient external interface:reversing ,cruise,ebs,anti-theft and so on
8.parameters and functions can be configurable by computer or mobile phone
9. CAN bus is optional for meter or BMS application

The controller installation should consider the heat dissipation and ventilation to void

1- please check the diagram when begin your controller connection carefully
2- The power swith and the main contactor must be shut off during the connecting
3- when power on ,the read led should be always on
Chapter 4 Maintain
The user should not disassemble the controller by himself . If there is something wrong
with the controller ,two ways can be used to find the problems:
Way 1: use the usb-485 converter provided by the manufacturer to connect the
controller with the computer to diagnosis
Way 2:
if the usb-485 converter or computer is not available , you can watch the
green led and find the diagnosis
