Language. This Agreement is written in the English language, such language to be used for
all purposes of construction, interpretation, notices, communications, disputes, proceedings,
arbitration, etc.

Governing Language. This Agreement has been negotiated, drafted, and executed in the
English language, such language to be used for all purposes of construction, interpretation,
notices, communications, disputes, proceedings, arbitration, and all other matters. Either
Party shall have the right to have this Agreement translated to another language for its sole
convenience, but such translation shall not be binding on the other Party, and shall have no
legal effect or value in any construction, interpretation, or meaning of this Agreement by
either Party or any third party, including any proceedings or judicial review.
