Test your guessing
• Your are provided with around 30ml of 1 mol/dm3 NaCl solution and distilled
water;
• Make around 20ml NaCl solution of each concentration (the table below);
• Measure and take note of the beginning length and mass of each potato
cylinder;
• Put one into each solution;
• Leave them there for 1h;
• Measure the length and mass again and calculate the percentage;
